living and working in the Nations Capital for almost 20 years. Charles's
education started in Boston which lead him to work with some of the most talented people from around the world. Charles continues to mentor and his passion for hair lead him back to Richmond to raise a family. He specializes in complete color & haircut makeovers by helping your hair realities come to fruition.

is equally passionate about the business and had a thriving career in the Fashion Merchandizing Industry for 17 years working in various stores around the country with a BA in Fashion Design from VCU.
Together with business partner Charles Flood opening HAIR the salon lending her skills as a salon leader and Manager. A mother to our son and the staff at HAIR. Crys continues to help runs all the daily and behind the scene activities to keep the salon running and making our guests happy.

Her work and patience with problematic hair color correction shows an accomplished Stylist. Her client base continues to grow with her love of coloring.
